By using Da Nang 365 ('the Service'), operated by GO VIETNAM 365 TRADE & TRAVEL CO., LTD (Tax Code: 0402056066), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

Our Service

Da Nang 365, operated by GO VIETNAM 365 TRADE & TRAVEL CO., LTD, provides an online e-commerce platform for purchasing tickets to events in Da Nang, Vietnam. We act as an intermediary between event organizers and ticket buyers, registered under Vietnamese e-commerce regulations.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all account activities

Ticket Purchases

When purchasing tickets:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). International payments via PayPal are converted to USD at the exchange rate shown at checkout
• You must be 18+ or have guardian consent
• Tickets are for personal use unless otherwise authorized
• Domestic payments are processed via VNPay; international credit/debit card payments are processed via PayPal
• PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's User Agreement and Buyer Protection policies

Analytics & Data Collection

By using our Service, you acknowledge that we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, interactions, and purchase funnel activity. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google for analytics purposes. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Resell tickets at inflated prices
• Use automated systems to purchase tickets
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Limitation of Liability

Da Nang 365 is not liable for event cancellations, changes, or issues caused by event organizers. Our liability is limited to the ticket purchase price. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences, PayPal processing fees, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Vietnam, including the Civil Code 2015, Law on E-Commerce 2005, and related regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Da Nang City, Vietnam.

Dispute Resolution

For complaints or disputes, please contact us first at admin@danang365.com. We commit to responding within 48 hours. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court of Da Nang City. Consumers may also contact the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade for assistance.
