At Da Nang 365, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every ticket purchase. This policy outlines our refund procedures.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Event cancellation by the organizer
• Significant event changes (date, venue, lineup)
• Technical issues preventing ticket delivery
• Duplicate purchases (same event, same account)

Refund Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted:

• At least 48 hours before the event for standard refunds
• Within 7 days of event cancellation announcement
• Within 24 hours for duplicate purchase claims

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact support at support@danang365.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
3. Wait for confirmation (usually within 24-48 hours)
4. Refund will be processed to original payment method

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of plans or inability to attend
• Failure to bring valid ID to the event
• Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Events that have already started

Refund Processing Time

In accordance with Vietnamese consumer protection regulations, approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
